[OSM-legal-talk] OGL India, lawful commercial use and border with Pakistan

1) OGL India license allows "lawful commercial use"2) In india it is illegal to display maps of Pakistan/India with border shown
at line of actual control
3) https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/OGL_India has
"Tentative recommendation: Compatible"
4) India as also other bans on map data/making maps of India and so on

It seems to me that this license may be more problematic than described there.
(but I am not a lawyer!)
