OSM used to have tiles at home rendering style on the homepage that was
dropped in early 2012
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tiles@home
What was the license of files created using it? (basically all of them were created
before OSM license change)
Is it depending whether someone rendered files locally, took screenshot of OSM
website or used (theoretical) third party site with own rules?
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Osmarender mentions that software was
available under "GNU General Public License" but I am not entirely sure
is it having influence and which exactly license was used.
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Category:Tiles@Home_screenshot has some
examples of files which are affected by this issue
