Seriously, it isn't clear at all. While you could maybe argue that diary content prior to the introduction of the contributor terms was (and remains) distributable on CC BY SA 2.0 terms, I believe the only reasonably safe way to proceed if you are interested in redistributing diary content is to ask the author in question for permission.
