[Local-chapters] Local Chapters working group meeting - December 10th

Hi All,

I just wanted to say I'm excited to hear this is going to get running
again.  We've been having weekly calls regarding forming a US Chapter.  I
look forward knowing what exactly we have to do in order to become a
chapter.

Unfortunately I don't think anyone involved in the US Chapter formation will
be on the call, since it is the middle of the night for most of us.  I look
forward to reading the minutes and seeing how the issues are worked out.
