[Local-chapters] Can someone please start communicating better?

I thought the purpose of this list was to open discussions on local
chapters, especially for those unable to make conference calls.

Why wasn't the last conf call made public on this list?
And why was there no reply to my last email about this?
That begs the question is there a conf call scheduled for this week?
If so why has no one bothered to mention it to this list?

Also can someone please help me in getting a reply from the OSM-F
board, I'm asking permission to use OpenStreetMap in the name of a
local entity and haven't even received a reply for or against, or even
we're thinking about it.

I'm starting to see why Ivan just went ahead and registered an entity...
