Looks good. Two comments:
> The legal name of the organization should be "OpenStreetMap [name of
country in local language]".
Exceptions should be allowed for cultural reasons, not just for legal
ones. For example OSM is called 开放街道地图 in Chinese, so a Chinese
organization should be able to use that name and not the English one.

purposes.
They shouldn't try to replace the main database, but I don't think there
is any problem if they run a database for a specific project.
