[Local-chapters] Next meeting, when?

Hi all,

Due to conflicts in our agenda's we haven't been able to set up the next
Local Chapters Working Group meeting.

Therefore I would like to check again which day of the week / time would be
the best option for holding such a meeting.

The intention is to hold weekly meetings, but on different media/time every
other week. Hopefully we can accommodate everyone the best possible way.
E.g.
- week 1: on 20.00 GMT via conference call
- week 2: on 08.00 GMT via IRC
- week 3: same as week 1
- etc.
