[Local-chapters] OSM Local Chapters Discussions

Hi...

Glad to know that this list will revive discussions.

1 - Are the guidelines for creating a local chapter on the OSM wiki  
still valid?

or

2 - that will be clarified after the OSMF board meeting?

3- If i wanted to create a local chapter right now, what are the steps?

Guess there will be more discussions on this mailing list after the  
pending issues are clarified, and existing local chapters resuming to  
use this mailing list...

For the start, i will be grateful if i can get the answers to the  
above 3 questions.

As Daniel says,(Was the discussion at the 2012 SOTM conference in  
Tokyo?), if there was no "consensus" in the last OSMF Board meeting,  
i/we shall be looking forward to reaching one, in the upcoming  
meeting(s).
