[Local-chapters] Local Chapters websites - and lessons learned from them

Hello all,

On behalf of the OSM Foundation's Local Chapters and Communities Working
Group (LCCWG), I would like to share that one of the tasks that the we
recently did was to look at the websites of the existing OSMF Local
Chapters and to compare and contrast them with each other and with the OSM
website itself.

I hope this can be useful for other communities when they create or update
their own websites.
