There is now an openstreetmap.org hosted  lorodux-dev -mailing list
available.  LoroDux is an OSM and Java-based navigation software for
mobile devices for blind and visually impaired persons.  I saw a demo
of the idea at State Of The Map and think it has excellent potential
as well as being a very worthwhile project.

The main language will be English. Thank you to Lulu-Ann for
initiating and hosting this forum.
