Hi,

I am revamping the GPSToGo project & we need some email lists.

Please can you set up the following:

gpstogo at openstreetmap.org - for internal admin, participant requests & funding 
communication
gpstogo-announce at openstreetmap.org - for general talk, communication with all 
participants & the wider OSM community

I would be an administrator & a few others (names to be gathered in the coming 
weeks & put on the OSMF wiki).
