[Mailman] Unlocked LAOS GPS Map for Garmin

Dear Administrator,

Thank to the "OpenStreetMap.la" website, I was able to download the *Routable
GPS map* information for the country of LAOS, but the map image file seems
to be in a locked mode.
I was unable to find a Map ID to try to unlock it.

Is there an unlocked version of the GPS map available?
