[Mailman] A country that doesn't exist

Hello

I was wondering through OSM maps and i saw a country that has not being
recognized by any International legit organization (UN etc..), maybe you
can correct this because it could be misleading that a country without any
international value being represented on the maps (Arab Sahrawi Republic)
