[Mailman] creating talk-ba

Hi,
can we have talk mailing list for Bosnia please? the name would be
"talk-ba" and default languages Croatian, Serbian and English. I see
there's no option for Bosnian language. Is there any chance of adding it?
Bosnian is actually a flavour or Serbo-Croatian (like British English and
American English) and it's only considered a stand-alone language for
political reasons, but I still fear that some users might find it insulting
that Serbian language is supported on a Bosnian list, and Bosnian language
isn't.
