[Mailman] Making: Talk-us-maine

Hi,

I'm interested in creating and maintaining a mailing list for Maine. We
have little to no mapping collaboration here and I think this might be a
place for that to start.

When I went through the process I got " *Error: You are not authorized to
create new mailing lists* "
Which... makes sense.

Can I have this authorization please? If no, can you create the list for me?
