[Mailman] Language problem

Greetings! 

I just downloaded OSM and it’s in Arabic. I live in the UAE, but I am Australian and don’t speak or read Arabic - I can’t see anywhere to change the maps to English! 

I’ve had this problem a lot - just because you live in a middle eastern country doesn’t mean that you speak Arabic! 

Help please!
