[Mailman] Wrong mapping infomation

Hi Team,

Unfortunately I found that the Azerbaijan region which is occupied by
Armenia is named by armenian. But all these territories are
internationally recognized by Azerbaijani territory.
I am strongly requesting to change names and obey international law.
I believe you will change it as soon as possible and will avoid frustration
of open source mindset.
