[Mailman] Violation of Ukrainian borders on the map

Hello, I noticed that the names in Crimea are all in Russian.
Provided that the names are displayed in the local language (the language
of the country) you assume Crimea as Russian territory while it is, in
fact, Ukrainian territory.

There must be some sort of mistake so please, fix the map so that it
respects internationally recognized borders of Ukraine.
