[Mailman] Saving a copy of the map.

I look up the U.S. highways on Wikipedia from time to time, like U.S. Route
1, 2, 66, 80. They have a map of the highway, the bulk of which are
interactive maps courtesy of OpenStreetMap, once in a while, it's a still
picture. In the interactive map, we can see in detail where the highway
goes. This is really nice, especially for decommissioned highways like
Routes 66 and 80. When we look at a Wikipedia article, say US 80, we see
the routing the highway took on a red line on top the map. When we look at
OpenStreetMap, we don't see this red line. How are they getting this
version with the red line, because we can't see this red line on the
website. Are they saving a copy of the map?
