[Mailman] please submit talk-hu to google search (console)

Hello My Admin! :-)

Since google have changed the process now only site owners can submit new url
into google and/or request reindexing.
I do not have permission so please if you can request reindexing of the freshly
installed pipermail archive.

I am not sure whether it's enough, but if you would simply put the attached file 
into the talk-hu archive directory

then I would be able to see statistics (by adding the specific sub-url into 
google search console) and _maybe_ I would be able also to request
the reindexing; but regardless we would be able to see some feedback on the list.
