[Mailman] Question about OSM mailing list user name

Hello,

I have a question regarding the name used when someone posts something to one of the OpenStreetMap mailing lists.
My team and I are subscribed to multiple mailing lists with our account osm at tomtom.com<mailto:osm at tomtom.com>. I've tried multiple times to change our user name to "TomTom" in the subscription settings. However, when we post something to one of the mailing lists, we keep seeing that "OSM" is used as our user name (possibly because of the email address OSM at tomtom.com). You can see a recent example of this in the talk-cu archive (https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-cu/2022-January):

Do you know how I can change this "OSM" to "TomTom"? I think it can be confusing for users of the mailing lists to see that messages from TomTom are supposedly coming from "OSM".
