[Mailman] Unable to re-create account

Hi,
I was wondering if I'd be able to re-create my account on openstreetmap.org.
I had deleted it because I was unable to change one of my preferences.
But, now that the account is deleted, I find that I can't use my email
address as a login any more, or to create a new account.

Since I'm logging in time as an Atlassian employee, I'll need to use my
atlassian account address to login, and I'm unable to create a new account
using the same.
Would you be able to help me with this please?
