This election, Kentuckians have an opportunity to protect the unborn by voting YES on Constitutional Amendment #2.

Are you in favor of amending the Constitution of Kentucky by creating a new Section of the Constitution to be numbered Section 26A to state as follows: To protect human life, nothing in this Constitution shall be construed to secure or protect a right to abortion or require the funding of abortion?

Voting YES on this important amendment will:

>> Save Unborn Babies. Passing Constitutional Amendment #2 will ensure Kentucky’s Human Life Protection Act, Heartbeat Law, and other pro-life laws continue to protect unborn babies.

>> Protect Tax Dollars from Funding Abortion. Passing Constitutional Amendment #2 will ensure Kentucky tax dollars can’t be used to fund late term abortions.

>> Stop Activist Judges. Passing Constitutional Amendment #2 will ensure activist judges cannot invent a right to abortion in Kentucky’s Constitution, and assert their own policy preferences over the will of legislators and the voters.
