[Mailman] Closing Talk-al mailing list for inactivity

Hi,

I have created many years ago the Talk-al Mailing list. I moved to
another country right after creating it and it has never been used by
the local community because they use another channel for all their
communications.

Is it possible to deactivate it or close it since no one uses it, I am
the only moderator and I keep getting notifications about spam emails.
