[Mailman] Sign Up Failed

Hello OpenStreetMap Team,

At first I'm sorry if this email is went to the wrong mailbox, I do not know where else to report this issues.

My Issues: I can not sign up for a new account on openstreetmap.org/user/new when I enter the email, username, password and click submit, then I get redirected to an other Website with a HTTP Error 422.
