[Mailman] Exploring OSM highways - few queries

Hi Team

We are currently looking into OSM highways to get the highway network across few countries.

We are looking for few information but could not find it on the website. It would be great if you could help us or point us to a right people/team.


  *   How frequently the data is updated specifically for the highways.
  *   Do you have any APIs which would help us to get the highway network for an area.
  *   Currently we using OSMnx (https://github.com/gboeing/osmnx ) as it is satisfying our requirements. Is it fine to use this API to access OSM data.
How frequently it is updated, is it same as OSM?
