[Mailman] Blocked

Hi,

I can't find an email address for questions, so I'm trying different ones.

I'm currently working on a hobby app, and under a short period my new code
sent queries every 2-4 ms to openstreetmap. I noticed this shortly but I
saw that I was immediately blocked.

My question is, how long is the block for (when will it be lifted), and are
blocks done towards IP adresses? Just in case it is, my IP address
is 78.71.171.20.

I still expect to still work on my app of course and will enforce
measurements so that this doesn't happen again...
