[Mapcss] Last mail. Propose test repo.

And my last proposal is:
IMHO it would make sense to put together a test osm data file and a
couple of test mapcss files that can be used across parsers and
renderers to test their parsers. Using these we could compare the visual
output across parsers/renderers and spot glitches/differences and also
measure performance across implementations.
Such a "test suite" should live in SVN or some other repository
somewhere.
One of the reasons is that I would love to try a more complete mapcss
style sheet on test data, but I don't feel like developing a complete
map style and again reinvent the wheel.
Does that make sense? For now, I'll just snatch
