[Mapcss] Version numbers

Hi,

has anyone come up with a way to specify version numbers?

It would be good if the style author could note the version of mapcss 
he/she is using.

What do you think about extensions? E.g. the subparts feature could be 
an extension in mapcss 0.2 and move into the core specification at a 
later version.

This would make it easier for implementers because they just have to do 
the core at first and can move on to the extensions later.

Also, people could invent their own extensions and if they are adopted 
by other projects, could be made "official".

(Note that extensions also have a version number.)
