[Mapcss] MapCSS editor/studio

Hi,

I'm now trying to implement something like MapCSS design studio.

As a first step I committed what I've (lazily) done to

For now it's a set of three and a half scripts, that:
 - let you edit mapcss with syntax highlighting, and press a button to
see a preview (mapnik/komap based) on the map;
 - let you save the stylesheet on server and render image by bbox
using saved style.

The code is ugly, and there's no docs - feel free to write them and
send patches.

I hope to be able to integrate this thing with Kothic JS, and Halcyon
as long as probably some other renderers.

Developers highly welcome. ;)
