Generally very good, the tiny streets look great.

It would be easier to assess with a Roman script example, but generally good.
There is a symbol that is maybe a train station (maybe tunnel?
bridge?) that looks weird - like half of a box within a box. Maybe
it's meant to be like that but it looks like it's cut in half. Example
in bottom left is NTNYb? (Sorry, I'm not familiar with Cyrillic.)

What is the "jumy" effect? The outer beltway road doesn't look good,
as the name (MKAD?) is repeated far too many times.

I'm not sure what you're asking.
Strongly suggest you do a Roman script example for better feedback...
