[MapRoulette] New challenge: 502 error : tutorial missing step

Could someone take a look at this payload?  The dev server is giving a
error "HTTP/1.1 502 Bad Gateway"

I'm following the tutorial at:
https://gist.github.com/mvexel/b5ad1cb0c91ac245ea3f
Which in step 5 is missing the step of actually uploading the payload with
tasks (it has just one CURL line not two).
