That's right.  The website challenge focuses on one region at a time, in
the spirit of a challenge.

For a geographic view see http://keepright.ipax.at/ which uses the same
code ( I wrote both ).

Above, I meant geographic at a small scale.  For example at:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=18/20.78442/-155.99945
There's a cluster of cabins each with the same problem.  Keepright however
assigns those
to different people.  The same thing often happens with road challenges,
where
the same problem exists on multiple segments of the same road.

The proposed improvement is Keepright showing "the next nearest" task each
time.
