[Merkaartor] Yahoo Imagery

CC'ing the mailing list because I have no clue either.

To be honest I think most of the active contributors and codes for
Merkaartor are situated in the Northern part of the hemisphere. So it is
entirely that what you are trying is totally untested. I will try to
load up this area and see if I can find something.
