[Merkaartor] 0.11 for Windows - German translation and keyboard shortcuts

Hi guys!

First of all: thanks a lot for the great work on the new release! I've
downloaded the Windows binary two days ago and did some major editing
with it (processing gpx files with very large tracks) and it was running
very stable. I like the new features, too.
Nevertheless I'm having trouble with the German translation. Some of the
keyboard shortcuts don't work anymore. Strange enough the former Ctrl-D
for Download is displayed as a single "D", which is also displayed for
the Download More menu entry. Neither pressing Ctrl-D nor D nor any
other combination with D works.
The shortcut for creating a road is now "R" instead of Ctrl-R and for
creating a node "N" instead of Ctrl-N. I must admit that I actually
liked this :-)
ALT-S for splitting roads doesn't work either. This one probably doesn't
work anymore because in the German translation the Road Menu is "Straße"
and pressing ALT-S just opens this menu. This is standard Windows
behavior depending on the defined shortcut character. I didn't check
other shortcuts but I assume that there are more shortcut ambiguities.
The translators should have an eye on the shortcut characters in the menus.
Anyway, I switched back to English because I was used to the English
preset names. The translations I've seen are ok, though. But why do the
shortcuts change with the translation (at least the modifiers)?
