Checking the source of the MDC, I come to realize that you must still be
using the pre-release version of  0.11, aren't you?

The final version is available since 6/8 at
http://www.irule.be/bvh/c++/merkaartor/, and correct a bunch of bugs.

The bad news is that I cannot instantly retrieve your modifications due to
changes in the MDC structure, but I'll see what I can do.
