[Merkaartor] Nuking add bookmark option from the download from map window

Hi all,

In my quest to try to get Merkaartor useable on a N810, I am looking for
ways to make it use less screen estate. For example by nuking the
add bookmark checkbox from the "download from map" dialog since that
function now has its own menu (View->Bookmarks). As a bonus it makes
that dialog less confusing, which is always a good thing i guessr!? Any
objections?
