[Merkaartor] cvs strange bug

If needed I'll fill in a bug for this.
I noticed a strange behavior with current cvs version (revision 10075)

when you work on a downloaded map with areas above other areas, and
zoom-in makes those areas be outside the drawing bounding box (or even 
moving the map fast to put them outside the viewport), they are still 
drawn in same the same position at previous zoom with lighter color. 
Moving the map around or zooming in more makes them dissapear (as it 
should have done in the first place) only when the area below also gets 
outside drawing area. But zooming out or moving the map back (when 
thoose areas should still be outside) puts them back in the wrong place.
If they really should be visible then drawing is ok.

Maybe it might also be related to the problem of the disappearing road.
