Ok, this made it work.

Now from what I can see, atm this relies on correlating a gpx track with 
images according to the timestamp.

I always disliked this way (josm can do that, too) and added gps information 
directly to the jpeg exif information with gpsPhoto.pl.

Is there a way to use them and I'm just too stupid? If not, what are your 
plans for that?
