[Merkaartor] GPX-Traces are hashed into fragments

This is probably because of the "Preferences/Data/Don't connect gpx nodes
separated by more than <n> km" option. To work around this, increase it to
e.g. 100 (km).

In my opinion this feature should be limited to the import of raw tracks
from the osm server.
