[Merkaartor] Automatic road extract from tracks

Hi,

With my latest commit, the functionality of automatically extracting roads
from tracks is now complete.

A basic use case for explanation:

- Open a GPX/NMEA track
- If the "Auto-Extract" preferences is set, 2 layers will be created:
    . the plain track layer
    . the extracted layer
- If "Auto-extract" is not selected, right-click on the track layer in the
layer dock ->"Extract Drawing layer" to get the "Extract..." layer
    . The Extract layer being a non-uploadable one, no modification made to
the features of the layer will be uploaded by default
    . one "big road" will be created per track segment
- Modify the extract layer; You will mostly do splits as to keep only the
relevant, non-existing roads from the track.
- When ready to upload part of the extract layer, select the road to commit,
then "Feature" -> "Commit to dirty layer" to move the road to the dirty
layer, i.e. making it uploadable.
- Upload as ususal
