Are there cases where trackpoints have meaningful names that would be
needed while creating maps?
Waypoint-names are certainly important but are trackpoint-names?
Another option would be to import all names from gpx-files into a
merkaartor-internal name field that doesn't get uploaded. If I'm out
mapping with a gps that puts names/numbers waypoints then I am very
much interested in seeing those names/numbers in merkaartor because I
have made notes for street names related to those numbers but I don't
ever want them uploaded.
Anoter idea would be to add an option to merkaartor to execute a custom
xslt-file which could do the transformation. Maybe that could also be
used to add a privacy option to move trackpoint-times by a fixed time.
