[Merkaartor] Merkaartor documentation

Hi all,

Is someone actually working on setting up something re documentation ?

If not, I'll at least setup a plan on the wiki. I'd really like to document
some of my most obscure features and hope that some of you will document at
least the basic features set,  so that newcomers to Merkaartor can start
mapping.
