[Merkaartor] 0.11 release candidate 1

I tried your package (do not work), and a package I made from self-build Qt
(works).

It's hard to be sure which DLL's are used, as I have Qt installed
everywhere, both mingw and MSVC.

I'll try on my wife's PC at home tonight, which is "clean" (I mean, Qt-wise
;-)
