[Merkaartor] Update

Hi,

Sorry for being a bit absent on the list lately.

I'm quite busy and the time I've left for Markaartor, I use it to implement
a (too) long delayed feature, Templatized tag entry.

As soon as this is done, I hope to be able to go down the backlog and answer
your queries.
