Just because I read here my comment as a dumb Merkaartor user. Please, 
let me choose my language and do not force it just because of the OS 
language.

And I'd really appreciate if there was a daily/weekly Windows build, 
which could be accessed from the website. I just didn't manage to build 
Merkaartor without a commercial Qt license with MSVC (I didn't even 
really try it after the first build error) and I'd really like to make 
use of the progress which is only in SVN at the moment. Especially since 
this is in 0.x status there are a lot of really needed improvements, 
which aren't quite accessible on windows without rebuilding Merkaartor 
yourself.
