The
http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/editors/merkaartor-branches/merkaartor-0.12-fixesbranch
as been created.

This initiates a new release cycle.
The plan is to have a beta this WE, a RC next week and the final release in
2 weeks.
As such, the branch is string and feature frozen.

Translators, could you update the translations, please (if not already
done).

P.S. A difference from 0.11 is that the trunk is still open for feature
commits...
