[Merkaartor] Problems with install on OSX

As an aside, I saw a similar issue for JOSM and I believe that one
suggested solution was to put a copy of webkit or a symlink to it in
the place that the binary was looking for it.  I am not sure if that
makes sense in this case (of ever...)
