[Merkaartor] Authenticating Proxy Support

Hi Jens,

Thanks for your patch.
Would it be possible to have an unified, one file, diff, please (i.e. plain
svn diff, or cat-ed diff -u).

So much easier to apply when 27 files are involved ;-)
