[Merkaartor] Strange blurry background images

Nope. The previous behaviour was an awfull hack where Yahoo was emulated as
a TMS (e.g. Mapnick), generating tiles and arbitrary zoom levels. Now, Yahho
behaves like a WMS, i.e. a full image is downloaded each time.

Actually, you should have less "blurry" images now, as the only resize is to
fit the viewport/projection, while before, you had scaled images 99% of the
time.

Point 1 & 2 can be make better, but there is no going back.
